Irina is the broker/owner of Shoket Properties Real Estate Services. Irina has a multicultural background that helps her to connect with many people of different cultures and backgrounds. Irina believes that by working smarter and truly understanding what is important to the clients, she can build trust and long-term relationships to grow upon. Irina received her Master’s Degree in teaching Languages, Russian and English, she then continued her education at the State University of St Petersburg (post-graduate). Her Russian background has played a major role in her success as a Realtor and her business. Her skillful ability of listening and understanding the individual needs of her clients’ empowers her to be able to educate and clearly explain complicated situations in real estate transactions which in turn enables her clients’ to make informed and sound decisions.

For the last 30 years Irina has built her home with her husband and business partner, Jeff Shoket Realtor®/Agent, in Thousand Oaks, California. When Irina moved to the Conejo Valley, she fell in love with the area – the wonderful climate, friendly people, the picturesque landscape, and rolling hills that gives you a safe secure felling of community and home! Irina’s other interests are: An enthusiasm for travel and spending quality time with her family and friends, “It’s important to me to make time to do the things I love whenever possible.” She also enjoys pickleball with her friends, yoga, mah-jongg, as well as baking and cooking…
