“We who choose to surround ourselves with lives even more temporary than our own, live within a fragile circle; easily and often breached. Unable to accept its awful gaps, we would still live no other way. We cherish memory as the only certain immortality, never fully understanding the necessary plan.” — Irving Townsend
Zizou, our beloved Yorkshire Terrier,
left us too soon on the sorrowful evening of January 24, 2025. In my arms, he fought his last battle with a heart that gave out, leaving us in a state of shock and profound sadness. Irina and I tried to revive him, but as his breath faded, so did our hope.
With tears streaming down our faces, I whispered my final words to him, “I Love YOU VERY VERY MUCH,” as he gently passed, cradled in love.
Irina shares,
“Our dear beloved furry puppy has left us… he crossed the rainbow bridge so suddenly and unexpectedly leaving us in a state of shock, sadness and disbelief… Mr Z, Zizou, Zizushka – was my first furry puppy baby, fun, loving, brave, sweet and such a character, he brought us so much joy and happiness, leaving warm wonderful life memories… Zizou, you will forever be in our hearts, will always be my ‘Malchik s palchik’ my first furry little one…”
To honor Zizou, we hold onto these words:
“When you feel the warmth of sunshine, know that it’s a sign of the divine. When it’s a rainbow you see appear, know it’s my presence being near. Although it was my time to go, I will be next to you in the sunny glow… Thank you for all your love and care. Look into your heart and I’ll be there…😊🐾🐾💞 “
Zizou was not just a pet; he was family, a one-of-a-kind character who filled our lives with love and laughter. His spirit remains with us, in the gentle rays of the sun, in the colors of every rainbow, and in the quiet whispers of our hearts. He was loved and cared for by all who knew him, and nothing can ever fill the void he’s left behind. We thank everyone who showered him with love and kindness over the years, for in our memories, Zizou lives on, cherished and immortal.
Thank you, to all that gave him love and kindness over the years.
