Jeff Shoket

Jeff Shoket

Originally from Western New York State, Jeff moved to Thousand Oaks, California in the late 1970’s with his family, to become part of the Conejo Valley’s landscape of transplants from the east coast escaping the harsh winters. Jeffs ambition from childhood has always been to be an artist, a designer, a communicator, a story teller in the visual language. His education and professional acumen started in communications and graphic design, he began his career path at the local newspaper and eventually moved onto more creative positions as he established himself as a highly skilled and talented art director project manager for small advertising firms and manufacturing companies in the San Fernando Valley. Seeing the landscape of his chosen career path erode away over the years, he felt a need for a change, somewhere he could apply his current skill set, talents and time to better use. Jeff decided in 2011 to make the change and commit to the challenges and rewards of working with his spouse in Real Estate, never looking back. Jeff brings with him a wealth of information, ambition and drive to be the best he can be in his new found career. Jeff’s knowledge and expertise in communications, marketing, public relations and negotiating skills gives him an advantage and ability to market properties for sale with a hands on approach, which gives the team an unparalleled competitive edge for their clientele over other agents. When it comes to working with sellers and buyers, Jeff’s history of residing in the Conejo Valley area for over 30 years qualifies him to have a greater knowledge of the region, and understanding of what people are looking for in a  local Realtor. Jeff is always the consummate communicator and a passionate advocate for his clients… Jeff’s enjoys spending time with his wife Irina and their two pets. His other interests are a love of hiking with friends and landscape photography, “I take advantage of it when ever I can.” Jeff also likes to paint watercolor on location “plein-air” when time allows…

“He is always the consummate communicator and a passionate advocate for his clients… someone you can count on every time to be there for you”
